Our Funkin Strawberry purée is made from only the ripest Strawberries harvested in Poland and Spain.
To perfect our puree, we have tried 32 varieties, and our chosen blend is a mixture of early season Honeyoye, mid-summer Elsanta, and late season Symphony varieties, to create what we consider the perfect blend of seasonal strawberry flavours for your cocktails.
