With a chilled shelf life of up to 5 days, our Chippy Chips can be stored either frozen or chilled, making them a great choice for kitchens looking for the option of serving chilled chips.

Cooked in sunflower oil for better taste and lower saturated fat
For best results cook from CHILLED and hold under heated lights for up to 10 minutes before serving.
Deep Fry
Place your McCain Chippy Chips in the hot oil and shake basket gently half way through cooking to break up any clusters.
Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
Drain and serve. These chips will have colour variation within the batch to replicate home made style chips
