COOKING GUIDELINES	Equally good results when cooked from either FROZEN or CHILLED.

Temperature	220°C / 430°F	Gas Mark 9
Time	20 minutes	40-50 minutes

Temperature	220°C / 430°F	Gas Mark 9
Time	15-20 minutes	30-40 minutes
OVEN Preheat the oven and arrange your McCain Simply Potato Dice in a single layer onto a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven. Bake until cooked through using the cooking guidelines shown. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking. OVEN (with Sunflower oil added to product) For a crisper and light golden product apply 3 tablespoons of Sunflower oil to the tray and McCain Simply Potato Dice before cooking.
Do not overcook.
Cooking directions based on 1/2 bag/1.25kg of product.
For different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly.
